This is the privacy policy of the Ballantine’s T-Shirt OS website (the "Site") as provided by Chivas Brothers Limited, a company registered under the laws of Scotland under company number SC268758 and with a registered office at 111-113 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DY, Scotland ("Chivas" or "we").

This policy sets out how we collect, handle and secure your data. We take your privacy very seriously and will treat information we receive from you in accordance with this policy. We will also treat your information in accordance with any relevant laws including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1998 and any requirements of Facebook.

Collecting Information

This Site requests, collects and retains certain personally identifiable information through various means. This information will include information that you provide by filling in forms on our site tshirtOS.com (our Site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. Where accessed via Facebook, this will also include your basic Facebook account information, including, without limitation, your Facebook user ID, your date of birth, your Facebook profile picture and any comments you make on the site or on Facebook, as well as any other information you supply to us when using the site, including, without limitation, all photographs you submit to the site.

This information is being by collected by Chivas, not Facebook, though we may share information with Facebook from time to time. The Data Controller of your information is our agency, Work Club Limited Axe & Bottle Court, 70 Newcomen Street, London, SE1 1YT.

IP Addresses:

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. You may choose to have your name taken off the Chivas e-mail list or have us delete any information about you that we hold or have Chivas not provide your information to others in the future by (1) sending an e-mail to unsubscribe@tshirtos.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe to Ballantine’s" or "Unsubscribe to Partners," or by (2) following instructions as provided in any e-mail message from Chivas.

Use of Site:

The Site may only be used or otherwise accessed by you if you are of legal age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in the jurisdiction in which you reside and from where you are accessing the Site. See Terms and Conditions. If we receive notice, or reasonably believe, that someone under legal purchasing age has provided us with personal information, we will make reasonable efforts to remove such personal information from our database.

    32 by 32 RGB pixel grid embedded into the fabric of the
    t-shirt to make a full colour display.
